Volunteer Info

Welcome to our volunteer page and thanks for stopping by. Underdogs Rescue takes great pride in having great volunteers who are passionate, have a voice and want to help in any big or small way they can. Volunteering can be an extremely rewarding experience for yourself and for all of the dogs. Without volunteers our rescue would not be able to save dogs or continue to grow in our community. There is never a volunteer that has helped in too big or small of a way. All of it counts and continues us on a successful journey.

1

Be part of the solution.

You will join a network of hundreds of thousands of people working to make the world safe and more humane for all living creatures. You will make the jobs of everyone working for the animals a little easier by lending a hand and spreading the message of responsible pet ownership and animal protection.

2

Get warm fuzzies.

You will never find a more grateful and accepting comrade than an animal You have comforted.

3

Keep good company.

You will make lots of new friends—and not just the four-legged kind. Working side by side with people who share similar interests canforge lifelong friendships.

4

Meet the new you.

You will discover skills you never knew you had, and you maybe surprised at what you are capable of achieving.

5

Gain a new career.

You will learn things that may lead you to the career—or career change—of your dreams. Employers and college admissions officers look favourably on time spent doing volunteer service.

6

Enjoy a wagging tail, and a smile.

Didn’t someone once say that the best things in life are free!
